What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of intentional relaxation and focusing, a state between wakefulness and sleep. It can be described as a co-operative interaction and enhanced capacity to responds to suggestions presented by the hypnotist.

Typical uses of clinical hypnosis include the elimination of addictions, assist in weight loss, control anxieties, promote self-improvement and performance, including pain management and overall well-being.

Hypnosis works on the subconscious level of the mind by removing the past causes of depression, anxieties, addictions and often lack of self-confidence
