Chinese Acupuncture

Acupuncture treatments can be traced back to the stone-age, when sharp-edged tools were used to relieve pain and discomfort of disease.  Later these tools were replaced by needles made of bamboo or bone. Recent research using scientific knowledge and methods, has shown that stimulation of the acupuncture points along these meridians may produce various physical and psychological responses.

The Chinese belief that man is a small universe, a microcosm of the large one we live in. Every physical and mental function is governed by the same universal laws of energy and the opposing forces – yin and yang – that regulate the universe.

Matter and energy are two different manifestations of the same primary energetic substance of which everything in the universe is composed. Matter, which vibrates at a very slow frequency, is referred to as physical matter. That which vibrates at speeds exceeding light velocity is known as subtle matter.

In a healthy person, living in harmony with others and the environment, this energy circulates freely, but a disturbance of this cyclical flow results in disharmony leading to sickness and disease.

Factors such as environmental toxicity, geopathic stress, physical injuries, mental exhaustion and emotional disturbances express themselves as chronic energy deficiencies. By analyzing these irregularities, the health of the organs, the nervous and hormone system, as well as the immune system can be defined.

A non-invasive health screening method based on measuring the bio-electric conductivity of the meridians, enables us to analyze the energy status and the self-regulating capacity of the human organism. Disharmonies in organs correlate to changes of the energy flow in corresponding meridians.

Once this energy flow is restored the body can heal itself.
